My methods are a blend of techniques that draw from EFT tapping (Emotional Freedom Techniques) and hypnosis.


These therapeutic techniques complement and enhance each other's effectiveness. They create an environment for emotional release, subconscious exploration, and relaxation.


BOTH techniques leverage the profound strength, flexibility, and plasticity of the brain. The techniques work independently and they work exquisitely well together. 


EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Techniques, otherwise known as tapping.


Tapping is a simple to use stress reduction technique.  It requires focus on a negative emotion—fear, worry, or anything causing you stress.   While maintaining mental focus on the issue, you use your fingers to tap on specific points on your body. Focusing on a challenge while simultaneously tapping on these acupressure points sends a calming signal to the brain, allowing you to acknowledge the negative emotion while calming the brain/body.   This is powerful because negative emotions are experienced in the mind, as well as the body.

Hypnosis is a natural yet altered state of mind where there is responsiveness and communication with the subconscious mind ... the seat of emotions, imagination, and memories. In hypnosis, you can accept and integrate suggestions more readily because the critical factor of the conscious mind is bypassed, and you can tap into the power that motivates behaviors and directs your energy. In this state, you can make powerful and positive changes, discover more about who you really are, and open doors to limitless possibilities. You can easily learn how to do it yourself so that you have a powerful tool to use anytime.
